Returns and returns policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us. That’s why we offer you an uncomplicated and free return within 30 days. These guidelines apply exclusively to end consumers (B2C). Business customers (B2B) are excluded from this service.

This is how the return works:

  1. Return period: You can return items within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  2. Free returns: Returns are free of charge for you. We cover the return costs.
  3. Return process:
    • Contact our customer service at shop@efia.de so that you receive your free return label from us
    • Pack the items securely and stick the return label on the parcel.
  4. Condition of the items: The returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.
  5. Refund: As soon as we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. This can take up to 10 working days.

Exceptions:

  • Customized products or personalized items are excluded from return.
