Can I change an order after I have confirmed it?

If, after the order has been bindingly transmitted to us, you realize that you want to change the address, personal data or order details, we are there for you. Please send us an e-mail with your request to shop@efia.de (Mon-Fri 09 am – 4 pm, Fridays until 2 pm) and we are still trying to process a change.If the goods have already been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any further changes. A reversal can then be initiated via the right of withdrawal.
